JT Ewer III

A tall pouring vessel by Jack Tilson, with a lifted neck, long spout, and drawn handle that reads almost as a single line in space.

Thrown and altered by hand, the body is faceted in soft planes that catch light as it moves. The surface is finished in a clay-based celadon, formulated from Waitākere clay, giving the piece its pale, mineral glow.
